A "Documented History (by NGS)" states this mark is "about 5' lower than, and 50' south of the highest point of the mountain". In "Idaho, a Climbing Guide", Lopez describes a couloir rising "up to the notch between the peak's east and west summits...scramble to the west over solid rock to the summit." We did not climb to the northeast summit, which, according to the NGS, is the higher.Sep 18, 2013
